An arson suspect who evaded capture for more than a month and half saw his luck change during the early-morning hours of Friday, July 10, when members of the U.S. Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force came knocking.
Clyde Miller Jr., 32, was taken into custody without incident at a residence in Yorkhaven, Pa., where he was apparently living with a relative.
