New online school option will mirror actual class curriculum

The Taylor County School District’s new e-learning (online) platform will be a mirrored reflection of the daily lessons that will be taught “face to face” when classes are expected to resume Thursday, Aug. 13.

“What we’re doing on Monday (in the classroom) is what you’re going to be doing on Monday at home. It’s a mirrored reflection of what’s going on,” said Taylor County Middle School (TCMS) Principal Kiki Puhl, joining Superintendent of Schools Dr. Danny Glover Jr. in explaining “what school will look like” for the 2020-21 year.
