Some major retail and grocery store chains are now mandating shoppers wear masks or face coverings in their stores amid the coronavirus pandemic.
Walmart, Winn Dixie, Walgreens and CVS are the local retailers now requiring shoppers wear a mask or face covering.
Walmart, Walgreens and CVS began requiring shoppers to wear a face covering on Monday, July 20, and Winn Dixie will begin mandating the same next Monday, July 27.
Additionally, Dollar Tree and Family Dollar stores will require face coverings “where required by state or local ordinances,” according to the chain’s current policy.
Shoppers who are unable to wear a face covering are encouraged to contact their local store to identify a solution.
