FHSAA delays start of fall sports seasons to Aug. 24

The Florida High School Athletic Association (FHSAA) held its second board of directors meeting in four days this past Thursday, when they decided to postpone the start of all high school fall sports until Aug. 24.

Sharply reversing course from just three days earlier, the FHSAA Board of Directors voted this past Thursday night to delay the start date to Aug. 24 for the 2020-21 fall sports calendar.
