75% of kids will attend brick/mortar school sites

School district staff members are working the phones on a daily basis in an attempt to contact parents and get their feedback on whether or not they plan to send their students back to school or enroll in virtual classes for the 2020-21 school year.

“We are hearing that they are really having hard problems getting in touch with some parents. I would think most of those parents not responding would probably select going with ‘brick and mortar’ school versus TEC (Taylor E-learning Canvas),” Superintendent of Schools Dr. Danny Glover Jr. told members of the school board Tuesday during its regular meeting.
