DOT completes $63,000 project

The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) recently completed a $63,000 landscaping project that included the replacement of sabal palm trees in the median along U.S. Hwy. 19 through Taylor County.

According to FDOT Communications Specialist Troy Roberts, a decade ago FDOT installed sabal palms along the local stretch of U.S. Hwy. 19 in Perry as part of a landscaping project.
