    Possible solution to sewer Catch-22?

    Two months after the Taylor County Commission voted to take no action on a request by coastal property owners who say they cannot use their property due to a real-life “Catch-22” involving sewer services, the board voted 3-2 to hold a public hearing on a proposed ordinance developed by an attorney representing one of the property owners as a possible solution.

    Local attorney Ray Curtis, who has addressed the commission several times this year over the matter, was back again at the board’s Monday, Aug. 3, meeting, requesting the commissioners reconsider their July 1 decision in which they voted unanimously to take no action.
