Carroll Sadler

Mr. Carroll Sadler, 75, passed away on Aug. 9, 2020, at his home in Perry.

He was born Nov. 24, 1944, in Perry to Mr. Onseylo Sadler and Mrs. Audrey Roberts Sadler.

Carroll enjoyed animals, fishing and taking pictures of outdoor scenes. He was very musical and especially enjoyed playing the organ.

He was preceded in death by: his parents, Onseylo and Audrey Sadler; brothers, Harvey, Euston and Randolph Sadler; and sisters, Geraldine Lundy and Barbara Smith.

He is survived by: his son, Richard Dennis Sadler; daughter, Jo Ann Fowler; son, Roy Dale (Myra) Sadler; daughter, Bobbie Carroll (Tim) Merkison; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren, Haley and Kaley Fowler; and sisters, Bernice (Homer) Russell and Becky (Henry) McLeod; as well as a host of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held today (Wednesday) at 11 a.m. at Joe P. Burns Funeral Home with Pastor Danny Lundy officiating. Interment services will follow immediately afterward in Fellowship Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service, from 10-11 a.m.
