“My boy is in there!” Cedric Harris frantically shouted as he ran toward his charred house, with smoke still pouring out of the eaves as half a dozen firefighters inspected what was left of the Elm Street home.
Fortunately, the City of Perry Fire Department responded to the house fire just after 12:30 p.m. Wednesday and found that no one was in the home at time of the fire.
