By a narrow 3-2 vote, members of the city council approved a plan that will allow the Florida Forest Festival (FFF) to move ahead with a “socially-distanced” version of the King Tree Parade in October.
Council members Ward Ketring, Alan Hall and Mike Deming voted in favor of a “Health and Safety Plan” outlined by FFF board members, who addressed the council via a Zoom video conference call Tuesday evening.
