K9 team tracks ATV thief to his front door

A Perry man was charged with grand theft Wednesday after investigators and K9 officers followed a track that led them from the site of a stolen four-wheeler practically to the man’s front door.

David William Cochran Jr., 41, is being held on a $155,000 bond at the Taylor County Jail.
