City of Perry taxpayers and utility customers can expect to see slightly higher bills in the upcoming year under a proposed budget being considered by city officials.
At a recent Aug. 25 meeting, city council members debated a slate of options presented by City Manager Taylor Brown and Finance Director Penny Staffney that would cut costs and generate additional revenue.
