TCDA gets clean audit; commission releases $100,000

After receiving a clean audit on the finances of the local economic development organization, the Taylor County Commission recently released its annual budgeted allocation of $100,000 to the Taylor County Development Authority (TCDA).

At the county commission’s Aug. 3 meeting, the board heard a presentation from Richard Powell of Powell & Jones, the certified public accounting firm that also conducts the county’s annual audit.
