Lawyer pleads guilty to conspiracy charge

Former Assistant State Attorney Ernest “Ernie” Page IV has agreed to “cooperate fully” with federal investigators in a plea deal reached regarding a bribery charge brought against him in conjunction with a “high ranking member” of the Third Judicial Circuit State Attorney’s Office.

The high ranking member is identified in court documents only by the initials, “J.S.”
