Tallahassee Balloon Festival takes to the air Sept. 11-12

The Tallahassee Balloon Festival will be held today (Friday) and Saturday, Sept. 11-12, at the North Florida Fairgrounds.

Gates open at 4 p.m., and balloon set-up will occur when the wind is lower than 5 mph, which usually happens around dusk
