Trial date set for McNutt

On Dec. 9, 2011, a long-simmering dispute between neighboring landowners boiled over and not only left two people dead, but also a third suffering injuries he will bear a lifetime.

A month from now, the alleged shooter will have his day in court and face a jury of his peers.
