Taylor Historical Society announces delay to start of new program year

The Taylor County Historical Society has announced it has postponed the opening of its 2020-21 program year due to the current COVID-19 pandemic.

The society was scheduled to begin meeting Monday, Sept. 21.

“Out of concern for our members and the public, we will not be hosting any meetings at this time,” President Angela Castelucci said.

“We hope to return to a normal schedule as soon as it is safe to do so.”

The historical society museum also remains closed to the public.
