Toll road will likely end just north of Taylor Co.

Although there is still no recommended path for the proposed toll road that could ultimately pass through Taylor County, Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) officials announced at the task force’s meeting in August that the Suncoast Connector will connect to I-10 at one of four existing interchanges located in Madison or Jefferson counties to the north.

The four potential locations for the Suncoast Connector’s northern terminus (endpoint) at I-10 are all existing interchanges, including: I-10 and U.S. 19 In Jefferson County, I-10 and U.S. 221 in Madison County, I-10 and S.R. 14 in Madison County and I-10 and C.R. 53 in Madison County.
