Program Administration, Management and Project Delivery Services
FFY 2021 through 2023 SHIP Program Grant(s) and Related Programs
Taylor County requests proposals from individuals or firms to provide the following services for grant funded projects in the 2021 through 2023 Fiscal Funding Year(s): SHIP Program Administration, Management and Project Delivery Services. The County anticipates receiving SHIP funding from the State of Florida through Florida Housing Finance Corporation to meet County’s needs. Similarly, additional services may be included in the contract(s) for services on an ongoing basis to be covered by other grant, loan or traditional funding sources at the discretion of the County BOCC. Such sources of funding shall be sought, developed and leveraged by the selected firm(s) or individual(s), as applicable and available. Additional information concerning the proposed services being requested and the ranking criteria to be used to evaluate the proposals may be obtained from: Melody Cox, Grants by Phone at 850-371-0377 or at melody.cox@taylorcountygov.com or Jami Evans, Grants Coordinator at 850-838-3553 or at jevans@taylorcountygov.com. The information can also be obtained at www.tayorcountygov.com. Any addenda (if applicable) to the RFP will be posted on the County website at www.taylorcountygov.com. One (1) original and five (5) copies of sealed proposals, marked “SEALED PROPOSAL FOR GRANT ADMINISTRATIVE AND PROGRAM SERVICES” must be received by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, October 16, 2020. Bids not sealed, clearly marked, and with the name and address of the firm submitting the RFP on the front of the envelope will be rejected and not opened. Bids are to be received at:

A Public Opening of the RFP’s is scheduled for Tuesday, October 20, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. at 201 E. Green Street, Perry, FL 32347. The RFP’s will be opened during a regularly scheduled Board of County Commissioners meeting. Presentations by those firms submitting RFP’s will be scheduled and given at a later date at a regularly scheduled Board of County Commissioners meeting if so determined by the Board.
Taylor County Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all RFP’s or to cancel or withdraw this solicitation at any time and waiver any irregularities in the RFP process in the best interest of Taylor County.
