Dock installation is set for October

The much-anticipated installation of new docks at the Steinhatchee public boat ramp is expected to begin early next month, and the ramp is expected to remain open to the public throughout the project, which is expected to take two months to complete.

The Taylor County Commission contracted with Harbor Marine Dock Company earlier this year to complete the work.
