$10,000 CARES grant deadline is extended

The deadline to apply for $10,000 in assistance through Taylor County’s Small Business Assistance Grant Program, funded by the federal CARES Act, has been extended by two weeks to Monday, Oct. 19.

The Taylor County Commission approved the extension, as well as a change to the eligibility requirements regarding owner residency, during a special meeting held Friday, Sept. 25.
