No mask fines

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis ushered in Phase 3 of his “SAFE. SMART. STEP-BY-STEP PLAN” on Friday, lifting statewide restrictions on businesses and restaurants and suspending fines associated with COVID-19, including those imposed by the City of Perry’s mask mandate.

DeSantis’ third phase of Florida’s recovery plan immediately lifts all requirements on businesses that were imposed to limit the spread of COVID-19, as it “supersedes and eliminates any and all restrictions” from six previous statewide executive orders.
