Wiggins, Moore win ‘Stars 4 Pars’ Glow Ball Golf Tourney

The inaugural Perry Elks Lodge “Stars 4 Pars” Glow Ball Golf Tournament was held Aug. 10 at the Perry Golf & Country Club.

The tournament was a two-man scramble with 19 teams participating to raise money for area youth and local scholarships. Nine holes were played during daylight hours and 9 more after dark.

PHOTO: Drew Taylor (left) and Mark Wiggins, co-chaired the golfing event. More than $3,000 was raised by the tournament and it will go back to the youth of the community through Elks’ scholarships and youth events.
