School’s in: Drive safely!

With classes back in session, traffic around district schools has reached an all-time high and the Perry Police Department encourages drivers to remember the following safety tips;

• The afternoon hours are particularly dangerous—in the last decade across the nation, more than one-fourth of child pedestrian fatalities occurred between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m.
