SRWMD partners with city for Spring Creek lake project, donates $350,000

The Suwannee River Water Management District (SRWMD) is providing about $350,000 in cost-share funds to assist the City of Perry with improvements to Spring Creek as part of the district’s Regional Initiative Valuing Environmental Resources (RIVER) program.

Current plans call for the fashioning of a lake that will cover much of the area between Washington Street and Center Street.
