    The Lafayette County School Board will hear any citizen who wishes to address the Board, on a one time basis, pertaining to a relevant topic. If the Board wishes to hear more about the topic, that topic will be scheduled for a future Board meeting. Each speaker is limited to three minutes and the time dedicated to this topic will not exceed twenty minutes.

    ANY PERSON WHO DECIDES TO APPEAL ANY DECISION MADE BY THE BOARD WITH RESPECT TO ANY MATTER CONSIDERED AT SUCH MEETING WILL NEED A RECORD OF THE PROCEEDINGS, AND THAT, FOR SUCH PURPOSE, HE OR SHE MAY NEED TO INSURE THAT A VERBATIM RECORD OF THE PROCEEDINGS IS MADE, WHICH RECORD INCLUDES THE TESTIMONY AND EVIDENCE UPON WHICH THE APPEAL IS TO BE BASED.

    You are invited to bid on a General Contract, including selective demolition and an addition for the existing welding lab in Perry, Florida. The addition consists of approximately 2,226 S.F. All Bids must be on a lump sum basis; segregated Bids will not be accepted.
    All Bidders are to submit with Bid Package, a properly executed “Contractor’s Qualification Statement” AIA Document A-305 which is to include a current financial statement, an experience, competence and performance report, and references from at least three prior projects similar in size and scope, along with the name of a contact person on each of those projects.
    A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held for General Contractors on November 18, 2020, at 10:00 AM EST at Taylor County School Board Office located at 318 N Clark Street, Perry, FL 32347.
    Taylor County School Board will receive sealed bids until 10:30 AM EST on Wednesday, December 02, 2020 at the Taylor County School Board Office, 318 N Clark Street, Perry, FL 32347. Bids received after that time will not be accepted. Bids will be immediately opened publicly and read aloud at 10:35 AM of the same date.
