TCEC set to receive $10 million loan from USDA

Taylor County is expected to benefit from $10 million in electric infrastructure upgrades after the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) announced a billion-dollar investment into area provider Tri-County Electric Cooperative (TCEC).

TCEC, which serves Taylor, Madison and Jefferson counties, is one of four electric cooperatives that will be receiving a portion of $1.04 billion in funding from the USDA
