    PAWS distributes vet vouchers

    Posted on November 20, 2020

Pets Are Worth Spaying (PAWS) of Steinhatchee/ Jena has announced that, due to COVID-19, it will not hold a vaccination clinic this fall, but will instead be distributing vouchers that can used at local veterinarian offices.

Volunteers will be at Maddie’s Market in Steinhatchee on Friday, Nov. 20; Friday, Dec. 4; and Friday, Dec. 11, from 4-6 p.m. to complete applications and issue vouchers.

The vouchers can be used at either the offices of Dr. Miles Owens or Dr. Will Sapp in Perry.

“The vouchers cover vaccinations only – any other services will be charged as an office visit. Also, no discounts will be offered on products. The vouchers will be valid for the month of November through Dec. 18,” PAWS organizers said. “You must make the appointment and have the voucher, registration form and money at the time of the visit.”
