County workers will all receive bonuses

In light of the fact the county’s 2020-21 budget did not include raises for county employees, the Taylor County Commission approved a one-time incentive package totaling more than $339,000 in bonuses.

Under the plan approved at Tuesday’s board meeting, all full-time county employees – including those employed by the five constitutional officers – will receive a $1,000 incentive bonus, while part-time employees will receive $500.
