North, East Ellison roads to be paved

Taylor County has received $350,000 in additional state funding to help pay for the resurfacing project on North and East Ellison roads.

However, this will still leave a $550,000 funding gap between what the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) provided and the amount needed to complete the project. The Taylor County Commission had previously agreed to use its secondary road paving fund to cover the difference.
