Get on the map! Dec. 4 deadline to register for Christmas Tour of Lights

This Friday, Dec. 4, is the final day to register for the Taylor County Historical Society’s annual Christmas Lights Display Contest and Tour of Lights.

Forms are available online at the historical society Facebook page, at the offices of Perry Newspapers and Rain’s Train Stop Flower Shop (located in the Old Depot). Registration is free.

Each entry will be featured maps outlining this year’s tour (voting ballots will be included on the back of the maps).

Iron Horse Mud Ranch will host the “Tour of Lights” grand finale on Dec. 19 at 6 p.m.

The evening will feature milk and cookies with Santa, a special Christmas movie screening and the awards ceremony for this year’s Christmas lights competition, the annual “Tour of Lights.”
