    Skeletal remains are still unidentified after one year

    Initially, investigators thought the identification process for a set of human skeletal remains discovered in a local vacant wooded lot in 2019 would take about six to eight weeks.

    But, due in part to the COVID pandemic, that timeline has been stretched up to likely two years.
