    Man faces child porn, pot charges

    In addition to several electronic devices, including one containing three images of child pornography, officers confiscated more than three pounds of cannabis, as well as clear Mason jars filled with cannabis buds and seven firearms while executing a pair of search warrants at a Beach Road residence.

    A Perry man is facing eight felony charges after a search warrant for child pornography also led to the discovery of a “cannabis cultivation operation” at his Beach Road home on Friday, Dec. 4.

    Ricky Dale Fowler, 50, is charged with three counts of possession of child pornography, three counts of cultivation of cannabis, possession of cannabis (+20 grams) and possession of drug equipment.
