    Billie Keith Parker

    Billie Keith Parker, 80, passed away on Dec. 5, 2020, in Tallahassee after a brief battle with COVID-19. Billie was born July 22, 1940, in Perry to Louis Leonard Parker and Alma Haugen Parker.

    He was of the Christian faith and was a member of the Church of Christ.

    Billie worked as a boat fabricator with SportCraft for more than 40 years. After his retirement, he enjoyed life while fishing and hunting with his family.

    Billie was preceded in death by: his parents; and his brothers, Johnnie Parker, Joe Parker and Louis “Pont” Parker.

    Mr. Parker is survived by: longtime companion/soulmate of 42 years, Martha Bethea; his son, Ricky Parker; his daughters, Lisa McKenny (Porky) and Tammy Porter; grandchildren, Savannah, Josh, Jonathan, Sheena and Sunday; great-grandchildren, Hunter, Bryan, Blake, Sara, Bryson, Morgan, Cutler and Copeland; his brothers, Ralph “Buddy” Parker and Robert Parker (Margie); and sister Immogene Brannen; as well as a host of nieces and nephews.

    A graveside service was held on Monday, Dec. 7, at 1:30 p.m. at Pisgah Cemetery with Brother Dennis Nobles and Brother Dan Chaney officiating.

    All arrangements are under the direction of Burns Funeral Home of Perry.
