    If Santa’s sleigh is truly powered by Christmas joy, then he’ll be in for a wild ride Christmas Eve based on the holiday cheer shown at the Taylor County Historical Society’s “Christmas Tour of Lights Contest” grand finale and “Milk & Cookies with Santa” event hosted by Iron Horse Mud Ranch Saturday, Dec. 19.
