Foley Cut-Off work resumes

For the first time in months, work is once again underway on the ill-fated Foley Cut-Off Road resurfacing project.

In a surprising reversal late last month, the company hired to complete the work, Pigott Asphalt and Sitework, LLC, agreed to a series of demands from the county levied against them resulting from cost and time overruns.
