Organizers are moving forward with plans for this year’s Florida State Bluegrass Festival, along with the associated MoonPie Princess Pageant, although both will feature strict capacity limits and other safety guidelines designed to protect residents from the ongoing coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.
During its Tuesday, Jan. 19, meeting, the Taylor County Commission unanimously agreed to allow the Perry-Taylor County Chamber of Commerce to hold the two annual events at Forest Capital Park and Forest Capital Hall respectively.
