No more mud bogs

Local businesses and offroad enthusiasts expressed shock and anger this week after learning Iron Horse Mud Ranch has canceled its huge “Dysfunctional Family Reunion” event scheduled for March 4-7 and will no longer host mud bogs in Taylor County.

Owners Todd and Kari Larson announced the decision this week in the wake of an ongoing dispute with neighboring landowners, one of which has withheld signing a waiver required by a county commission ordinance in order to hold certain large “special events.”
