Food pantry open Feb. 18

The St. James Episcopal Church Food Pantry will be open for a second time this month in order to serve more people experiencing food needs.

The pantry will be open this Thursday, Feb. 18, from 10-11 a.m.

Food box giveaway Feb. 20

First Assembly of God will be distributing food boxes Saturday, Feb. 20, starting at 9 a.m.

The distribution is limited to one box per family while supplies last.

The church is located at 828 West Julia Street.

Food pantry canceled

Volunteers with the First United Methodist Church Food Pantry have announced that the drive-thru food distribution planned this Saturday, Feb. 20, has been canceled due to other food giveaways planned within the community.
