Council raises utility rates

City utility customers may see a slight uptick in their monthly bills with a number of rate increases slated to take effect Oct. 1.

Members of the Perry City Council amended its water and sewer rates as well as added a $1 monthly fixed fee to gas bills at last week’s regular meeting.
