School officials ‘set record straight’ after anonymous drug test claims

Superintendent of Schools Dr. Danny Glover Jr. says he would “love to set the record straight” on allegations contained in a letter sent to his office and members of the school board anonymously regarding random drug testing for students and, specifically, claims that an administrator aided her children in “detoxing” prior to the tests in order to pass.

School board members Bonnie Sue Agner addressed the author of the letter directly at last week’s board meeting, giving out her cell phone number and urging the letter writer to call.
