Hospital welcomes Schmidt as new CEO

Doctors’ Memorial Hospital (DMH) has welcomed a new top administrator to the Taylor County community, describing new CEO Chris Schmidt as a “visionary hospital leader” with more than 30 years of military and civilian healthcare leadership experience.

“We are thrilled to welcome Chris, who brings deep clinical and management experience to our hospital,” said Pat Barbaree, chairman of DMH’s Board of Directors.
