Around 5 p.m. last Saturday in Steinhatchee, Rack Up Thrift Store Manager Doris Holton was closing up for the day when she smelled smoke.
Thinking that property owner Ann Levingston might be working in her craft room on the side of the building, Doris opened the door and called out, but Ann was not there. Looking around, Doris noticed smoke coming from a corner of the room and then saw flames shooting out of the electrical panel.
