Machete-wielding man arrested

A Perry man was arrested last Friday, Feb. 26, after being seen walking in and out of traffic wielding a machete.

Richard Cummings, 59, told a responding law enforcement officer that he found the machete in the bushes, picked it up and crossed Highway 19 into the traffic.
