TCMS outlasts Marianna 34-30

In what could only be described as a shoot-out, the Taylor County Middle School Bulldogs defeated the Marianna Bulldogs 34-30 last Thursday night, Aug. 29, in a high-scoring, explosive showing for the offense.

Commending Coach Tanner Jones’ ability “to get the offense going,” Coach Victor Conde supplied this commentary: “The offense had 443 yards and scored five touchdowns in their season opener.  Quarterback Josh Mixon completed 19 of 25 passes for 270 yards and three touchdowns. The quarterback also ran four times for 28 yards.”
