Domestic dispute led to drug arrest

What began as a domestic dispute during the early-morning hours of Saturday, March 6, ended with the arrest of a suspect carrying a small cache of illegal drugs in his backpack.

Felix Proctor, 35, is being held on an $87,000 bond at the Taylor County Jail, facing multiple drug-related and burglary charges.
