An Arizona federal judge found there was a “preponderance of evidence” to deem former State Attorney Jeff Siegmeister a flight risk during a detention hearing held last Thursday, ordering he be held without bond pending trial as he faces a slate of felony charges ranging from bribery to extortion.
U.S. Magistrate Judge Camille Bibles also ordered that the U.S. Marshals Service coordinate Siegmeister’s extradition to Florida.
