Taylor County 4-H has announced the schedule for upcoming summer camps with online registration opening on Thursday, April 1, at 9 a.m.
“Day camps provide your child with the chance to develop character, valuable life skills, make new friends and discover new interests,” 4-H Extension Agent II Abbey Tharpe said.
Registration for summer day camps will be online only through Eventbrite (http://www.eventbrite.com/o/taylor-county-4-h-9856037675).
“Assistance will be available for registration at our office,” Tharpe said.
“Day camps will be highlighted with various educational and recreational activities, and most day-long camps will feature daily field trips and swimming. Participating children should bring their lunch each day during camp, preferably in a small cooler,” she said.
Registration will be held on a first-come, first-serve basis, and must be paid in full at the time of registration.
Participating youth must be five years old by Sept. 1, 2020, to be eligible for Cloverbud Camps.
Drop off and pick up for all camps will be held at the Taylor County Extension Office located at Forest Capital Hall (unless otherwise noted).
