    Flushing hydrants will affect more than 30 neighborhoods

    The City of Perry Water Division, in conjunction with the City Fire Department, will be flushing fire hydrants throughout the city and county this week.

    From March 23 to March 25, between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m., residences located in the following areas may experience slight pressure fluctuation and discoloration of the water.

    It would be advisable not to do any laundry on these days. However, these inconveniences are only temporary and should clear up within (24) hours.

    The affected areas for this week include: Bishop Blvd, Elizabeth Lane, Bullen St., Worley Way, W Julia St., Woodscreek Road, US 19 N (from 98 to Woodscreek Road), W Green St., W Spring Place, Schwartz St., W Richard Bell, 12th St., Monroe St., Goff St., Warner Ave, US 98 (from 19 to Sandra), Homer J Smith Ave, S Parker St., W Union St., W Duval St., W Bacon St., Martin L King Ave, Third St., Oscar Benjamin Way, First St., Second St., Clifford Lane, Front St., Susan St., Joann St., Alice St. and Sandra St.
