The Taylor County School District and Panhandle Area Educational Consortium (PAEC) have partnered with local businesses and a local church to install three “lending libraries” throughout the county.
Funding for the mini-libraries came through a “Read with Me” grant secured by PAEC. Libraries have been placed at Maddie’s Market in Steinhatchee, the Old Depot in downtown Perry and at Christian Tabernacle, located on Warner Avenue.
